How we measure wipe announcement accuracy
Every wipe a server owner announces on just-wiped is checked by our own crawl pipeline against what actually happens on the server -- we never take an announcement on faith.
A wipe counts as a "hit" when it happens within 30 minutes of the announced time. A wipe that happens later than that counts as "late", and one that never happens at all counts as "missed" -- neither late nor missed is counted as a hit in the percentage above.
The percentage only covers announcements we've finished checking; announcements still pending verification aren't counted either way yet.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is a Rust Force Wipe?
A Force Wipe is Facepunch's scheduled monthly wipe: the map is reset on every server on the first Thursday of the month at 19:00 Europe/London time, independent of a server's own wipe schedule.
Does the Force Wipe reset blueprints (BP) too?
The map always resets. A blueprint (BP) wipe on the same day is up to the individual server owner -- check the Map/BP badge on the servers below for what each one has planned.
When is the next Rust Force Wipe?
The first Thursday of the month, 19:00 Europe/London time -- see the countdown above for the exact date and time in your timezone, and the full-year schedule below it.
