MAD Island - 1/4 Upkeep | No BP Wipe | Heli doesn't Flee

This Server is noob friendly. we are also open to suggestion on how to make it better if you have any. in this server we have a vote system set up to vote to skip night time. also heli doesn't flee and Heli also doesn't crash at monuments.
*1/4 Upkeep
*Raidable Bases
*Minis spawn on roads.
*Motor row boats spawn on beaches.
*10 Map Markers
*Patrol heli doesn't flee when damaged.
*Hackable crates are 5 min instead of 15 min.
