ΓÇó Remover Tool - Allows the destruction of player owned structures.
ΓÇó Gather Rate x2 - Multiplies natural resource gain by 2.
ΓÇó Stack Size (x999) - Multiplies stack sizes by 999 to reduce tedious storage.
