Great server, active and overall great administration with some awesome community interaction.
Got perma'd because a stranger was in my obviously open-to-the-world compound (and the owner took this as the 'final straw' and decided to exercise his right to ban me for "teaming"), or because I didn't, when engaged with by a 3rd party, immediately kill someone who was not only being friendly to all parties (i.e., not a threat), but blatantly not participating in combat. While we mostly enjoyed this player's stay on Lone Wolf Rust, they had multiple previous offenses for teaming and toxicity. Our admins brought them in for private discussions to get on the same page about the rules and they were given final warnings. They unfortunately continued to break our rules and not take accountability for their repeated actions which clearly violate them.
The rules apply to everyone and we exercise them fairly, even if you are a longstanding member of the community.
Great server. Very active non-playing admins. Very comprehensive rules to prevent teaming, enforced very strictly (I always see people getting banned in chat, careful you're not one of them if you join). Holds pop throughout month. Less of the farming and more pvp or whatever you're into, since there's no BP wipes ever, and it's monthly. Owner/Admins are very nice (last month they raised $1000 for charity) and respond to any problems you might have very quickly. Been having a lot of fun on here.
i got perm banned for giving away my base, apparently thats not allowed?
This rule is clearly explained in our rules and there is an in-game announcement that donating bases is not allowed. The community tried to warn you in global chat that you would be banned and you ignored them. Read the rules, you will still be banned for breaking them even if you neglected to read. Rules are in our Discord and posted on LoneWolfRust(dot)com.
Not a true Solo server. Active admin that allows players to skirt the rules. ITs clear a small clique exists that are very very friendly with each other for a solo server. Just watch the conversation in general and judge for yourself. Was banned for being toxic when all I did was question about the lack of rule enforcement. I was banned for calling out others that were obviously breaking the server rules in global chat.
This user was banned for excessive toxicity and has a massive list of previous bans from other servers for being toxic. Please check the RustAdmin log alone: [REMOVED URL] Good riddance! Nothing but lies and toxicity from this guy and he's mad that we banned him appropriately.
Shitty server, the administrator accused the player of having an alt account and then banned the player
Your complaint is that we have the ability to detect and ban players who are gamebanned on alt accounts? Because we are guilty as charged in that case. We take precautionary steps to ensure there are no false positives and we have an appeals process for each ban. We do not allow cheaters on Lone Wolf.
