This server splits the map in half, one side PVE and the other PVP and they are legit functioning zones - not just dependent upon rules to hope players follow. If you love to PVP, fuel your PVE Zone base to then fuel your PVP Zone bases and compete with clans for most bases raided during the extent of the wipe. Or if you're more into chill PVE, you can still be 100% safe in the PVE Zone and play like it's a normal PVE server. With 190 meticulously customized mods now, this server has recieved about 8000 hours of tedious work since its inception about 3 years ago, sculpting it day by day and should have a sense of quality about it to show for it. All that's left is building a community. When you first load in, I would highly recommend spending just as little time going through the /info page to get an idea of what this server can do especially reading all of the tips and features.
