Upsides: The admins are pretty active. They made a "PvE" plugin which disables damage other players and other's buildings.

Downsides: The "No decay" feature they use leads to huge bases that increase the entity count, making the server lag really bad. Other players can still grief you by stealing your vehicles, taking items from your chests, and taking items from the monuments you are doing. They also have an online store where you can buy p2w items.
