Used to be good until they added a mod that bounces drop loot into the air so you can run over it to pick it up. Great idea, but implemented by someone that clearly doesn't play the game.
Drop something from your inventory and it returns to your inventory. Forget about easy looting when you are full and want to get rid of something to make room. It returns to your inventory before you can pick up the new item. And as for clearing out your inventory whilst moving - nope
