It's a server that only has a handful of people during a wipe, and yet, you have an owner or admin called Not The 1 who messes with the players who attempt to play on his server. He is like a spoiled child who is waiting for somebody to choose his server to play on so he has someone to toy with. He doesn't let you know that he is an admin but he has all the admin tools and abilities. He shows them off to you like a cheater would, and he will raid you. Stay away from this server.
A horrible experience. You have either the owner or an admin known as Not The 1 messing with players that are trying to play the game. He interferes with your time on the server, whether harassing you or raiding your base and you can't do anything about it. He acts as an admin, he has weapons and abilities that you don't have, he is clearly in God mode so you can't defend against it. He clips in and out of your base without permission and does not identify himself as an admin.
A great experience with just the right mods!
